Refund Policy

Introduction:

At Tecudia, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Understanding that situations change, we offer a structured refund policy for our digital services.

Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Services not yet rendered are eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds for services in progress will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will deduct the service charges/transaction fees incurred by Stripe payment processing system.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@tecudia.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed through Stripe, the payment platform used for your original transaction. Please allow a standard duration of 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as per Stripe’s processing times.

Limitations:
Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been completed. Projects terminated due to client non-compliance with our terms and conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Policy Changes:
Tecudia reserves the right to modify this policy, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.
